The event will allow local food vendors to pre-sell items and some vendors will be doing in-person sales (like a farmers market). All pre-order pick-ups and sales will happen Saturday Nov 6th at the Barbey Maritime center from 12-4pm. 

We need volunteer help for set-up, running the event, and clean-up. We have shifts that folks can sign up for: 

• Friday Nov 5, from 4 pm - 6 pm (set-up)

• Saturday Nov 6, from 8 am - 10 am (set-up)

• Saturday Nov 6, from 10 am - noon (set-up, vendor check-in, organizing products)

• Saturday Nov 6, from noon - 2 pm (event assistance for customers and vendors)

• Saturday Nov 6, from 2 pm - 4 pm (event assistance for customers and vendors)

• Saturday Nov 6, from 4 pm - 6pm (take-down + clean-up)

We will have COVID guidelines in place for all attending volunteers and vendors, including a waiver and agreement that volunteers will sign before their shift stating that they do not have symptoms, have not tested positive, have not been exposed, etc. within the past 14 days. Masks will be worn at all times indoors and outdoors at the event. Additional safeguards will be put in place for anyone who is stationed indoors at the event.

• While we cannot predict the weather, we can almost guarantee it's going to drizzle and be cold. Volunteers stationed outside will need to dress appropriately. 

Our main volunteer tasks should be fun- you may be interacting with customers or vendors to help them get to the right place, or find their orders. Other tasks with less exposure to people would include set up and clean up, parking assistance, and trash/recycling/etc man
