The North Coast Food Web is seeking a new Executive Director to lead our growing nonprofit into its next decade! Our Director is responsible for providing overall leadership for the organization, including developing and carrying through our strategic plan, fundraising, financial management, community partnerships, managing a growing team of 3-6 staff, and other duties. The ideal candidate should understand the historical and present-day workings of local food systems in rural communities and have experience leading the implementation of equity-focused programs. Other key responsibilities include strategic planning, leadership and management, fundraising, budgeting, and cash flow management, programs support, board management, relationship building all while using an equity lens.

Market and Food Access Manager

Full Time Starting as early as May 1, 2022

Market and Food Access Coordinator will manage marketplace opportunities for producers and partners in our “web”, including managing and evolving our current online weekly marketplace, Small Farms Market - and support food access programming.

 

Coordinator will help establish our current market in NCFW’s new facility at the Astoria Food Hub. Coordinator will work to increase vendor participation, customers shopping at the market, and utilization of food access components like Double Up Food Bucks and delivery. Other key duties include participating on the “programs team”, expanding our market and food access initiatives, relevant volunteer coordination, communications, marketing and reporting. 

Kitchen Coordinator

Part Time Starting June 1, 2022

ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS ON AN ONGOING BASIS

The Kitchen Coordinator will act as the point person for all commercial kitchen activities (including cold and dry storage facilities). The coordinator will establish and run high-quality commercial kitchen programming in NCFW’s new facility at the Astoria Food Hub. The Coordinator will ensure the continued success of our existing incubator kitchen rental program as well as lead the creation and implementation of educational programming and partnerships. Other key duties include participating on the “programs team”, facilities and equipment maintenance, food safety compliance, communications and reporting.
