Neighbor's Garden is a program of the North Coast Food Web (NCFW) that uses Oregon Health Plan (OHP) funding to provide local fruits, vegetables, and other pantry staples to community members who have OHP or Columbia Pacific CCO (CPCCO) coverage.
We offer two benefits through the program — a Fruit & Vegetable Box and a Pantry Stocking Box. Approved members receive a box each week over a 24-week period.
Neighbor's Garden includes two weekly box benefits.

Up to 30 servings of fruits and vegetables per qualifying member, with a fresh box provided each week throughout the 24-week program.

Fruits, vegetables, protein foods, dairy, whole grains, and healthy fats — one box provided each week throughout the 24-week program.
OHP has identified specific populations that are eligible for Neighbor's Garden. Our staff is happy to help you or a family member apply — just complete the referral form below and our team will reach out.
Please note: NCFW and Neighbor's Garden do not determine an individual's eligibility or approval for these benefits. That decision is made by the CCO.
If you don't qualify for Neighbor's Garden, we also offer a Free Food Box program that's open to anyone in need.

Your CCO/OHP reviews the application, approves or denies it, and shares the decision with you and Neighbor's Garden.
If you're approved, Neighbor's Garden contacts you to set up your boxes and pick-up options.
