Kitchen Education

We offer practical skills-building workshops as well as seminars and lectures on topics related to building a resilient and equitable food system, often in partnerships with other organizations. The goal of this program is to make local foods make sense: from how to use “strange” in-season vegetables, to how local foods support community resilience in the face of change.
